Having identified the training needs we will offer suggestions on grouping your staff by skill level, enabling us to tailor training. We also recommend targetting your more skilled users and offering them ‘train the trainer’ session, enabling them to adopt roles as ‘local experts’ after the programme is complete.
We have access to trainers with many different skills and from many different sources. If it is necessary bring in additional trainers, we will ensure that their skills and ability are appropriate to the project.
D W Training can provide training materials for all Microsoft Office applications. These can frequently be purchased ‘ready made’ but customised to reflect you organisation’s identity or can be custom made to provide training to match your specific needs.
Apart from the traditional ‘work book’, we can provide reference cards and handouts to cover essential tasks, and support material for post-training reference.
If the training is to be carried out at your own premises, we will liaise with your IT department where necessary.
If external facilities are to be used, we will undertake site visits to ensure that the training facilities are appropriate to the needs of an efficient training programme.
